CAI coordinates local, regional and national conferences as well as meetings and events for audiences, small and large. Having overseen the planning for hundreds of conferences, meetings and events, we are well-versed in handling all logistics including site selection, hotel contracts, audio-visual equipment, and banquet arrangements. CAI works with planning teams or funders to develop agendas, identify speakers and expert resources, and create compelling meeting materials. In addition, we manage all aspects of the registration process, including development of online registration and conference websites, as well as oversee the on-site meeting/conference proceedings and evaluation reports.
