    Session Purpose: Explore the HIV integration grantee's role in achieving national priorities for addressing the epidemic through Title X.

    Part I: Financing and Sustainability for HIV Services in the FP Context
    Session Purpose: Offer an understanding of the current fiscal climate for HIV testing and linkage services in the FP context and consider opportunities for maximizing sustainability through billing/revenue cycle management.

    Part 2: Clinical Pathway and Workflow
    Session Purpose: Offer an understanding of the grantee's role in ensuring that HIV testing and linkage services in the FP context are incorporated into the FP Clinical Pathway

  2. Defining the Key Components of HIV Integration
    Part 3: Bi-Directional Linkages
    Session Purpose: Offer an understanding of the grantee's role in establishing, strengthening, and sustaining bi-directional linkages between Title X sites and HIV service sites, and vice versa

  3. Break

  4. Creating Models for High-Performing HIV Services
    Session Purpose: Improve understanding around emerging and best practices for HIV outreach and PrEP in the family planning context, and identify grantee-level strategies for implementing HIV services in high- and low- prevalence areas

  5. Lunch (boxed lunches to be available for sale)

  6. Creating Individualized Work Plans
    Session Purpose: Each Grantee to generate individual action plans for helping to support improvements in performance and sustainability in their HIV Integration program networks, and to consider leverage points for supporting HIV services throughout their Title X network

  7. Next Steps and Adjourn
    Session Purpose: Set goals, ensure awareness of next-steps and follow-up plans, and close meeting
